ABSTRACT
Objective:This study aims to explore the key points of the operation mode and construction of psychiatric research ward, provide possible reference for the construction of research ward.Methods:In this study, the construction of research ward in a psychiatric hospital was considered and explored through literature review, drawing on the operation mode of other research wards, combined with the characteristics of psychiatric clinical research.Results:This Study put forward the construction orientation and operation management mode of the psychiatric research ward, and analyzed the advantages of existing platform and key points for future development.Conclusions:The construction of psychiatric research ward should be based on clinical needs and hospital practice. Strategies including tailored fine management, optimize platform supporting, efficient organizing and management system, talent team and appropriate incentive mechanism should be implemented to strengthen the construction.

Objective:To study development problems and countermeasures of the health emergency management system in a city based on the grounded theory, for references on the construction of a new round of urban health emergency management system.Methods:From June 2020 to April 2021, 61 health emergency management personnel were selected using the objective sampling method from the municipal health commission and disease prevention and control center of a city, and from 11 district health bureaus and disease prevention and control centers, for semi-structured interviews. Grounded theory method was used to analyze the interview data.Results:288 concepts, 79 initial categories, 15 sub-categories, and 5 main categories were extracted from the interview materials. The urban health emergency management system was affected by a variety of constraints such as the weak construction of public health talent team, non-standard plan management, and limited information sharing. There was a fragmentation dilemma in structure and mechanism. It was necessary to strengthen policy support and emergency resource allocation to promote the reconstruction of the health emergency response system. Among them, policy support and emergency resource allocation were prerequisites, and the remodeling of health emergency system was the core process.Conclusions:There were problems such as insufficient resource supply and weak plan management in the construction of the city′s health emergency management system. We should establish a high-level driven policy system, strengthen the resource allocation of peacetime and wartime, and reshape the system and mechanism of coordination and integration, so as to continue to promote the continuous development of the health emergency management system.

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of the platform management of scientific research reagents and consumables, and provide references for the procurement management construction of scientific research reagent consumables in hospitals.Methods:According to the combination of literature review and daily management practice in the hospital, to sum up the main modes of reagents and consumables platform management and analyzing their characteristics.Results:Nowadays, the platform management modes of reagents and consumables procurement can be summarized as self-construction and self-management mode and e-mall management mode. Take into consideration of the practice at hospital, a new mode named resource database sharing mode is proposed and discussed in this article to specify key points for future management.Conclusions:Scientific research reagents and consumables procurement platform management is a future trend, hospitals should develop tailored management model based on their internal management demands.

Objective:To provide reference for domestic colleagues by introducing the contents of the discipline construction of the National Clinical Research Center for mental disorders.Methods:By reviewing the original intention of the construction of the National Clinical Research Centers initiated by many ministries and departments, taking into account of the actual construction practice at hospital level in the field of mental disorders, this paper discusses the discipline construction of the National Clinical Research Center.Results:From the aspects of construction goals, purposes, overall operation modes, construction of collaborative innovation research network, the paper clarifies the concrete measures of the construction of the center.Conclusions:Through the evaluation of the current situation, the National Clinical Research Center for mental disorders has defined the focus of the construction: to build a management platform and two professional platforms, in order to provide support for the development of high-quality and high-level clinical research, and provide support for the transformation of clinical medicine.

Objective Through combing the existing problems in the management policy of scientific research funds,this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions in reality.Methods Summarize the characteristics of scientific research fund management policies in related documents published in recent years,and systematically analyze the problems encountered in practical work.Resuits This paper points out some problems that will be encountered when carrying out the management policies of scientific research funds,further putting forward the policy suggestions.Conclusions Regulations of management for scientific research projects at the national level keep pace with times and are of great significance.In the process of implementation,it will be more scientific,reasonable and effective if there were more specific policy guidance,fully consideration on the mental labor value of scientists and wide application of information technology.

This article reviews studies on the heredity of personality disorders and family environment factors from the population-based studies, and summarizes the interaction between genetic factors and environmental factors. Studies have shown that there is a genetic basis for personality disorders, including family studies, twin studies, and neurophysiological studies. In addition, environmental factors, including social psychological factors, also play an important role in the development of personality disorder. In sum, the occurrence of personality disorder is the result of interactions between genetic factors and environmental factors. This paper snmmarizes sresearch on personality disorders, and investigates the role of interaction between genetic and environmental factors in the development of personality disorders. Such evidence has implications for effective prevention and intervention of personality disorders.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effect of Glycyrrhiza uralensis polysaccharide (GUP) on CCl4 induced acute liver injury in mice and its mechanism. METHODS:60 ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group (normal sa-line),model group(normal saline),bifendate group(positive drug,100 mg/kg)and GUP high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups (400,200 and 100 mg/kg). They were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day. 15 d later,acute liver injury model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 in those groups except for normal control group,and liver index was deter-mined. The levels of AST and ALT in serum,the NOS,NO,SOD,GSH-Px and MDA levels in liver tissues were detected. RE-SULTS:Compared with normal control group,the liver index,the levels of AST and ALT in serum and NOS,NO and MDA in liver tissue increased in model group,while SOD and GSH-Px levels in liver tissue decreased(P<0.05);liver cells became swell-ing,degeneration and necrosis,showed obvious inflammatory injury. Compared with model group,the liver index of GUP groups decreased,there was statistical significance in GUP high-dose medium-dose groups (P<0.05);the levels of AST and ALT in se-rum and NOS,NO and MDA in liver tissue of mice decreased in GUP groups,while the level of SOD and GSH-Px in liver tissue increased(P<0.05);liver cellular swelling,degeneration and necrosis relieved,and pathological injury had been improved. CON-CLUSIONS:GUP has a certain protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice and its protective effect may be related to antioxidation,decrease of NOS and NO levels,and reduction of the production of free radicals.

Bibliometrical method was used in this article to analyze the publications in a hospital from 2004 to 2013.Results show that the number of publications increased during 8 years,and the quality has been improved consistently.However,the rate of clinician participation in research and the present of core authors were still on the lower side.Besides,the age structure of core authors is steady and lack of growth.Based on this analysis,we summarized the past experience and explored the strategies of research management.

With the country's increasing investment in scientific research,research funding corruption cases frequently occurred to researchers and research funding management have sounded the alarm.In these cases,not only a few scientific elites become prisoners,as well as part of the management people related to scientific research projects,such as finance,purchasing personnel,also get involved for varieties of reasons,for profit.This paper,according to the requirements for scientific research funding management,analyzes the current major problems and the reasons in management process of scientific research funding,to further explore appropriate countermeasures to strengthen and standardize the management of scientific research funding.
